Milhench Supply Company, a growing third generation family owned and operated business, is looking for someone to join our Delivery Driver team. We pride ourselves on our strong customer service and flexibility and focus on developing long-term relationships with our customers, suppliers, and most of all our employees.

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, willing to learn, has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work!

Job Tasks and Ideal Skills :

• Load truck in most efficient manner according to the days route.
• Perform pre-trip inspection of truck and equipment.
• Perform post-trip inspection of truck and equipment. Keep truck clean and notify warehouse manager of any issues with equipment.
• Drive in a safe manner obeying all applicable traffic laws while also keeping in mind fuel and time efficiency.
• Use pallet jack and hand truck to deliver product. Some deliveries will be more labor intensive than others.
• Must be able to lift, stack and pull products from shelves and onto pallets. Some products weigh up to 50lbs.
• Pickup orders from suppliers and bring back to Milhench warehouse for customer deliveries.
• Detail oriented with a good sense of awareness.
• Communicate well with other team members to ensure delivery tasks are performed according to operating procedure.
• Professional, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and help others is required.

Details on the job:

• The position is 40 hours/week. Monday through Friday.
